With a lot of sanding, paint, and elbow grease, she’s been transformed into a patina-blue showstopper with a coastal flair. Inside is a custom-built food-safe kitchen, shiny fryer, and all the gear we need to serve minis on the go. What was once forgotten is now the heart of Coastal Cowgirl Mini Donuts—rolling into towns, serving up fresh donuts, and catching eyes wherever she parks.
